What we believe
We started Mindtrek from a simple observation. People already know that going outside helps. And still, on the hard days, they stay in, stay on the screen, stay in their own heads.
The gap isn't knowledge. It's the first step, and what happens after it. A walk taken on autopilot, phone in hand, mind somewhere else, doesn't reset anything. A walk with a little structure does.
So we design Treks: composed walking experiences, built for real places, with audio, prompts, and practices set along the route. We think walking deserves the same care other things in your day already get. It's the most ordinary part of the day and the most overlooked, and that's exactly why it's worth designing well.
